Tweety is incredibly confusing at times, making me think he really is ill. Tweety is absolutely not equipped to lead our nation as President. His real estate lessons and techniques do not work in government. Tweeting policy is extremely stupid.
"What on earth is Trump saying?"
By Max Boot Opinions April 11 at 7:25 PM
Does Tweety have any idea what he is saying? I think Tweety often has no idea what he is saying and likes to try weird ideas to see what works, mostly to his detriment.
"There are few better examples of the terminal confusion gripping the Trump administration than the competing headlines published by The Post and the New York Times last Wednesday. The Post: “Trump instructs military to begin planning for withdrawal from Syria.” The Times: “Trump Drops Push for Immediate Withdrawal of Troops From Syria.” "
Tweety is really confusing! I have known CEOs in big defense companies that say and do things that seem wired, illogical, even stupid. I have known military generals saying awkward crap. But COEs and generals are not the leaders of the "Free World."
"Trump’s ramblings about Vladimir Putin were positively pellucid in their clarity compared with his March 29 comments on the U.S.-South Korea trade deal: “So we’ve redone it, and that’s going to level the playing field on steel and cars and trucks coming into this country. And I may hold it up till after a deal is made with North Korea. Does everybody understand that? You know why, right? You know why? Because it’s a very strong card.”
I have asked numerous Korea experts what this is supposed to mean, and no one has any idea. Why would Trump want to hold up a trade deal with South Korea to gain leverage over North Korea? Maybe he is planning to make such massive concessions to Kim Jong Un that he will need to bludgeon Seoul into acquiescing. Or maybe he was simply confusing North and South Korea — a mistake he has made before. Who can keep all those Koreas straight?"
Where is Tweety's brain if he relies so much on crazy Fox News personalities to educate him. These crazy personalities are looking for an audience and ratings, Tweety is supposed to keep Americans safe and secure! Fox News has no skin in the "World Game."
"This is what happens when you are functionally illiterate: Trump can read in theory but chooses not to, and therefore he is incapable of sustained learning. As The Post reported, “He rarely if ever reads the President’s Daily Brief, a document that lays out the most pressing information collected by U.S. intelligence agencies from hot spots around the world.”
Instead of relying on the written word, Trump relies on the nitwits who opine on the Fox News channel. I’ve previously suggested that Fox News is Trump’s RT, but that’s not quite right: Putin is too smart to believe what his own propagandists say. Not Trump: If “Fox & Friends” tells him that a “caravan” of Central American refugees is about to invade the United States, Trump will faithfully echo their hysteria. He even seeks out Sean Hannity and Lou Dobbs off air for their fortune-cookie insights."
Fox News talking heads may read more than Tweety, but they do not have the resources of the US government agencies to KNOW what needs to be known! The Fox News people definitely do not have the right motivation to tell Tweety what he needs to know. They feed Tweety whatever ultra conservative conspiracy crap they can find, some not all of the Fox people, and Tweety eats up the worst of it. Whatever shiny object appears, Tweety bites!
"Trump is proud of his lack of “book learnin’. ” During the 2016 campaign, he bragged, as The Post noted, “that he does not need to read extensively because he reaches the right decisions ‘with very little knowledge other than the knowledge I [already] had, plus the words “common sense.” ’ ” In practice, Trump’s policies defy any kind of sense, common or otherwise."
Wow! In all my life I have strived to have WISDOM. In all his life, Tweety strives for nothing intelligent!
"The latest chemical attack in Syria reveals the bankruptcy of Trump’s policies toward Assad"
by Max Boot Global Opinions April 8, 2018
Max may be constantly critical of Tweety, but he is only reporting what all of us see for ourselves. Bottom line is Tweety has no f-ing idea what to do about Syria. Obama had not answer and here is what Tweety said:
"Trump was a vitriolic critic of Obama’s polices — and then proceeded to imitate them. Back in 2013, Trump tweeted: “AGAIN, TO OUR VERY FOOLISH LEADER, DO NOT ATTACK SYRIA — IF YOU DO MANY VERY BAD THINGS WILL HAPPEN & FROM THAT FIGHT THE U.S. GETS NOTHING!” Four years later, Trump attacked Syria, afterward reverting to his original isolationist position."
