Tweety is NOT a leader. Tweety is out of his property m/ product marketing element. Tweety knows how to sell, sell, sell, nothing more. This is why he rants and raves about huge, amazing success when he is failing.
The poblem is he cannot "sell" us on his "solutions" to natural disasters. He cannot give himself an A+ where over 3,000 people died, Puerto Rico.
My definition of leading and following is based on 44 years of study and experience in the defense industry. Here is my definition:
"Effective leading and following are voluntary, require emotional maturity, patience, kindness, moral conscience; ability to admit flaws, humble and willing to apologize for, forgive mistakes, reading skill, must comprehend history, can teach. not "snowflake" or bully, uses wisdom to unify team to maximize results"

Tweety will fail in the crisis of Hurricane Florence 2018 in North Carolina, South Carolina. He failed before, he will again.
Tweety does not want to know how bad he f**ked up in "leading" the government to help Puerto Rico. As is his habit, he lies and denies what happened in Puerto Rico, and is embarrassed to admit his failure.

Tweety wants to deny any truth that makes him a failure.

Trump indeed is ignorant about, he says it was inaccessible because it is an island, "surrounded by water," and Trump racist toward Puerto Rico because he does not see these brown people as American citizens.
Another brief example of failure is Tweety trying to badger Germany, even threaten Germany, telling them to buy expensive USA gas. Tweety says if Germany buys Ryssia's gas it is, in his limited vocabulary, "a very bad thing." Tweety says Germany would be dependent on Russia, failing to be aware British, Dutch, France, and Austria are buying Russia's gas. Then Tweety threatens sanctions against companies working on the Russian gas line project!
Tweety shows he cannot be trusted so Germany MUST buy from Russia. If Germany buys from the US, Germany would be depending on an unreliable USA, and foolish Tweety.
