Tweety is unpredictable, even to himself. Look at the videos of his campaign, and you can see he is a master of the flip flop. I hope it means he learns and responds to reality and facts.
The sad likelihood is that Tweety is just chasing ratings. Whatever Tweety thinks people will adore him for, praise him for, he will do, almost.

Tweety has NO SHAME. Tweety will never admit he was wrong, not literally. Tweety has said being President is harder than he thought, but like everything else, it is not his fault.
