RUSSIA IS INVADING AMERICA THRU THE BACK DOOR - ELECTRONICALLY!  Russia is feeding our tribal instincts.

"Tucker Carlson: The Russia investigation didn't destroy Trump, but damaged our country"

So if Russia hacks and interferes with an election in the United States, investigating that actin hurts America?  Therefore, according to Tucker, it is wrong to investigate Russia interfering in our democracy.

The true crisis in USA in not at the border, it is in Congress and DHS and the President for lack of very aggressive action against Russia invasion!  It is not an "Immigrant invasion" that scares me, it is the "Russian invasion" that scares me as Russia feeds the tribal divide in our country, causing a new Civil War without ever firing a shot.

"The most important line in the Mueller report appears in the introduction to Volume I: “The Russian government interfered with the 2016 election in sweeping and systematic fashion.” Our president’s response has fallen woefully short. And now we know why."

Everyone, including Trump supporters and the entire GOP, knows Trump recognizes Russia helped him get elected.  He likely feels Russia will help him again in 2020.

"One person the Mueller report didn’t ‘exonerate’? Vladimir Putin."
President’s reluctance to agree that Russia interfered in 2016 means he has failed to safeguard future elections.

"President Trump Told Mueller He Was Just Joking When He Asked Russia to Hack Hillary Clinton"

By Kathy Ehrich Dowd    April 18, 2019

http://time.com/5573539/trump-clinton-russia-hack-joke/

"President Donald Trump didn’t offer a lot of specifics when he submitted written responses to questions from Special Counsel Robert Mueller, but he did attempt to make one thing clear: That time he publicly asked Russia to find Hillary Clinton’s missing emails was just in “jest,” he said.

Among the many nuggets made public in the long-awaited Mueller report released Thursday were Trump’s written responses to the Special Counsel’s questions regarding Russian election interference and possible obstruction of justice. As the report notes, Trump replied more than 30 times that he had “no recollection” or did not “recall” specific information requested by Mueller’s team, including details of the June 2016 Trump Tower meeting, potential support from Russian President Vladimir Putin for his presidential campaign, or discussions pertaining to WikiLeaks head Julian Assange."

Trump has praised himself on a super memory, but for Mueller, his memory failed at least 30 times.  If Trump were joking about inviting Russia to hack Hillary, then why did he feel the need to lie about his Russia investments and contracts by his campaign staff and his son?  Why did Trump think his Presidency was fucked as the Russia probe began?

It's not like Jared is innocent and an objective opinion on whether Russia hacking hurts America or not.  Jared should not have a security clearance as he is an OBVIOUS candidate for Russia blackmail or bribery as his debts alone make him a target for spies.

"But in a meeting this year, Mick Mulvaney, the White House chief of staff, made it clear that Mr. Trump still equated any public discussion of malign Russian election activity with questions about the legitimacy of his victory. According to one senior administration official, Mr. Mulvaney said it “wasn’t a great subject and should be kept below his level.”

Even though the Department of Homeland Security has primary responsibility for civilian cyberdefense, Ms. Nielsen eventually gave up on her effort to organize a White House meeting of cabinet secretaries to coordinate a strategy to protect next year’s elections."
