Ford vs Senate GOP / Kavenaugh was not a debate or proper job interview. Dems f**ked it up with their tricks. In turned on a "He said she said" and the sex assault became a minor issue after Judge Kavenaugh showed his political inclinations in an angry, dismissive, entitled display of his true character.
"Bitter partisan battle wounded Kavanaugh and the Supreme Court he’s joined"
By Robert Barnes October 7 at 8:29 PM
Read the article as it discusses Kavenaugh's OBVIOUS political intent, revenge on "libtards!"
"Can the justices convince the public that their solidified 5-to-4 split — with conservative Republican-nominated justices on one side and liberal Democratic-appointed justices on the other — is any different from the 50-to-48 vote across the street in Congress that elevated Kavanaugh?"
ANSWER: NO! Not in my opinion! Not in my lifetime.
"Brett Kavanaugh and the G.O.P.’s Bargain with Trump"
Once the Senate Republicans decided to countenance demagoguery, one step led to another.

"Who is a bystander—or a corroborator, or a collaborator, or a witness—and what such a person ought to do, know, recognize, or remember, became key questions in the wrenching discussions that have taken place since Ford’s story became public, a month ago, followed by allegations from Deborah Ramirez, one of Kavanaugh’s Yale classmates, that he exposed himself to her at a drunken gathering during their freshman year."
Due Process is essential in all crimes, including sexual assault crimes, but to disparage the victim is as ugly as it gets . . . Donald! Tweety will never "Be Best!"
Then there are the disingenuous cowards who call themselves Senators, like Collins and Flake.
"Jeff Flake, who is retiring at the end of the year, had made a telling comment on this point a few days earlier. Scott Pelley, of “60 Minutes,” asked him if he would have been willing to call for the postponement of the vote if he were running for reëlection. “No, not a chance,” he said. “There’s no value to reaching across the aisle. There’s no currency for that anymore.” Then where is the currency? Flake made the Senate sound like a casino, decorated with a gilded sign reading “TRUMP.” Yet, on Friday, he said that he would vote for Kavanaugh, after all. These days, in Washington, there are no bystanders, no senators who can ignore their role in the Kavanaugh fight, or how many Americans it may hurt, and for how long."
Jeff Flake proves Americna tribalism is as destructive as expected, and no one has the courage to "reach across the aisle," FROM EITHER SIDE.
Do we NEED a war?! War seems to be the only thing that brings Americans together.
The ugly truth is MISOGYNY rules America as men like Trump, the old white men of the GOP, and women like Kellyanne Conway say their sons, grandsons, husbands, brothers, uncles are in jeopardy from the #ME TOO movement because it lacks due process.
THIS GOP RUN SENSTE JOB INTERVIEW WAS A BULL SHIT EVENT FOLKS!
Men and women know if they commit sexual crimes they are at risk, I hope! Yep! That's true!
As an aside, this includes females. Asia Argento was accused by a 17 year old boy of sexual assault! A 17 year old boy claims he was molested when Argento had sex with him. This is hard to believe, but we should investigate. I am pretty sure we will find that, as I was, at 17 you will f**k the wall if it is willing!
"Asia Argento denies sexual assault of 17-year-old, says Anthony Bourdain made payment to accuser"
"I am deeply shocked and hurt by having read news that is absolutely false," the Italian actress said in a statement on Tuesday.

"Italian actress Asia Argento, one of the leading voices of the #MeToo movement, has denied allegations that she had a sexual relationship with a young actor when he was 17.
"I am deeply shocked and hurt by having read news that is absolutely false," Argento said in a statement to reporter Yashar Ali on Tuesday morning, referring to an article published on Sunday in the New York Times.
The Times reported that Argento, 42, settled allegations made in a notice of intent to sue sent by Jimmy Bennett, who is now 22, for $380,000, months after she accused disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein of rape.
But in her statement, Argento claimed the payment was made by her boyfriend, the late celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain, in order to ease what she describes as Bennett's "severe economic problems.""
I think Argento was guilty of sympathy, SYMPATHY, nothing more. Poor boy, ugly boy, wanted money and got it.
"Bennett, who played Argento's son in a 2004 movie, says in the notice that he had sex with the actress in a California hotel in 2013, two months after he turned 17, according to the Times. The age of consent in California is 18.
The notice reportedly says the sexual encounter traumatized Bennett and hurt his career. (He is now pursuing a career in music.)"
Sure, I believe a 17 yo boy having sex with ANY female could be traumatizing?! NOT!! Are you kidding! What could be more obviously stupid and more obviously a LIE! Also, Argento had no employment link to this boy, just money from her boyfriend, Anthony Bourdain. Argento had no power over this boy. No one can believe this boy. No one should have given him money either! Sad boy, stupid boy!
MEN AND WOMEN ARE IN NOT JEOPARDY FROM #METOO UNLESS THEY COMMIT A SEX CRIME, ASSAULT, MOLEST, OR RAPE SOMEONE!
Tweety says Republicans believe in the rule of law, not the rule of the mob (Democrats, of course). Good way to bring the country together.
Republican Senator Susan Collins got he 30 pieces of silver for voting for Kavenaugh. 50 to 48 made Kavenaugh a Supreme Court Justice. The presumption of innocence had little to do with the end game. Kavenaugh showed himself as a political hack, out to get revenge on liberals and Democrats, Hillary and Bill.
Trump will appoint more justices soon, supposedly pro-life justices.
All we can hope for is that once appointed, when they have a LIFE-TIME responsibility to follow the law, not a biblical verse or radical Evangelical "Cristian" dominionist, that these people will rule properly. Protect women's rights to control their body!
What can Kellyanne Conway possibly add that will help the situation? NOTHING!
