Tweety Trump declared a "Gaslight Emergency" (National Emergency) and the court (a Judge) upheld Tweety taking Congress's duty / right / responsibility to approve appropriations, so he can get billions for his Wall project.  The Wall project is not needed, has not hurt us the last 200 years, and is foolhardy at best.  The Wall is not addressing the immigration issue and the "National Emergency" is not immigrants at the border, it is inaction by Tweety and the Congress.

"WASHINGTON — The Pentagon will delay or suspend 127 military construction projects so that $3.6 billion can be diverted to shore up President Trump’s border wall, Defense Department officials said Tuesday."

You might need more proof, but after 44 years writing contracts between DoD and defense industry contractors, I KNOW DoD is being budgeted to failure, meaning they have so much money to spend THEY BECOME A LESS EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT FIGHTING MACHINE AS A RESULT!

DOD IS HURT BY TOO MUCH MONEY!

I KNOW DoD does not have the ability or processes to manage the ~$700B annual budgets "donated" by the President and Congress.  It is absurd by a factor of ten to think DoD is using their billions wisely or that the United States is in such danger of threats from anywhere, and anyone, that we need to spend more than the next 11 countries ADDED TOGETHER on defense! 

Read the news!  We have more domestic violence within our borders from NON-MILITARY threats than any military threat outside the US!
