China is better at negotiating than the US. China's economy is strong as well. China does not need the United States as much as the United States needs Chine in the long run.
China can be smarter than the United States because the USA is arrogant.
The United States has the largest economy, but risks losing leadership as China rolls out its "Belt and Roads" initiative.
