The current law and 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution make it legal for an immigrant to seek asylum, and it is illegal to call asylum seeking immigrants complying with the US Constitution and laws "criminals."
Is solution to immigration problem a Wall, or change the LAW, fix 14th Amendment. Asylum is legal!
