Just the fact Bett Kavenaugh may want revenge on the Clintons, and liberals in general, the fact he might be a drunk, the fact he might be a bully, the fact he might have assaulted a woman or two or three or more, and drugged and abused numerous others Cosby-like, all together don't you think he failed his "job interview?"
The smartest thing Brett Kavenaugh could do about the charge of sexual assault by him at age 17, while stupid drunk, of a 15yo girl would be to say, he was a teenage, drunk at a party, and MADE A MISTAKE.
The dumbest thing Kavenaugh did was deny he even knew his accuser. DUMB!
The sexual assault allegation would have already fizzled out if Kavenaugh had the wisdom to say he did not recall the assault. If he did it, he was so drunk and so young he cannot recall it, and he is sorry if it really happened.
Even many courts do not convict a drunk 17 yo as having the capacity to think straight. A drunk 17 year old boy MADE A MISTAKE.
Kavenaugh did not say he was a bad boy, he has proven he is not a wise man, he IS a COWARD. To my way of analyzing, Kavenaugh seems guilty of something, not sure what, by his lie saying he does not know this woman. It will be too easy to prove he does know this woman since they went to the same school. There were only five (5) people at this party, I have seen reported!.
BUT even the boyhood excuse is not applicable to Mr. K.! Kavenaugh judged a pregnant immigrant could NOT get an abortion, deciding that SHE should live with her sexual indiscretion for the rest of her life despite her being a teenager! So, Mr. K., can you live with YOUR indiscretion for the rest of your life?
"'Your decisions affect real people': the lawyer who represented an immigrant teen in her fight to get an abortion explains why she testified against Brett Kavanaugh"
Grace Panetta Sep 8, 2018
" - Rochelle Garza, the plaintiff in the 2017 case Garza vs. Hargan, testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Friday against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
- Garza represented Jane Doe, an undocumented teenager who the federal government tried to block from obtaining an abortion. Kavanaugh ruled against Doe on the DC Circuit Court of Appeals.
- Garza told Business Insider she testified before the Committee on Jane's story because "constitutional law isn't just this thing in the clouds above everything else, it actually has a direct affect on people.""
Then dumber and dumbest, Tweety asks why the case was not filed 30 years ago. It is COMMON knowledge Tweety doesn't understand. MANY women do not report sexual assault, even rape, for many, many, many good reasons.
"I was sexually assaulted. Here’s why I don’t remember many of the details."
By Patti Davis September 21 at 3:53 PM
"What happened next, though, is indelible. He crossed the room. There was a dark-green carpet, but his footsteps seemed loud, hard. He was against me, on top of me — so quickly — with his hands under my skirt and his mouth on mine, that I froze. I lay there as he pushed himself inside me. The leather couch stuck to my skin, made noises beneath me. His breath smelled like coffee and stale bread. He didn’t use a condom. I remember leaving afterward, driving home, the night around me glittered with streetlights and alive with people out at dinner or bars. I felt alone, ashamed and disgusted with myself. Why didn’t I get out of there? Why didn’t I push him off? Why did I freeze?
I don’t remember what month it was. I don’t remember whether his assistant was still there when I arrived. I don’t remember whether we said anything to each other when I left his office.
I never told anyone for decades — not a friend, not a boyfriend, not a therapist, not my husband when I got married years later.
It doesn’t surprise me one bit that for more than 30 years, Christine Blasey Ford didn’t talk about the assault she remembers, the one she accuses Supreme Court nominee Brett M. Kavanaugh of committing.
It’s important to understand how memory works in a traumatic event. Ford has been criticized for the things she doesn’t remember, like the address where she says the assault happened, or the time of year, or whose house it was. But her memory of the attack itself is vivid and detailed. His hand over her mouth, another young man piling on, her fear that maybe she’d die there, unable to breathe. That’s what happens: Your memory snaps photos of the details that will haunt you forever, that will change your life and live under your skin. It blacks out other parts of the story that really don’t matter much."
Enough said. Facts show girls and adult women do not always report sexual assaults or rapes. PERIOD. Live with THAT Tweety!
"Gillibrand on Democrats' plan to thwart Kavanaugh confirmation"

Will Senator Gilibrand step up against Kavenaugh with her zero tolerance on sexual assault as she did with Al Franken?
High school boy gets crazy drunk, jumps a girl, she gets away and chooses silence for 30 years. Why would the girl come out with the story as a Supreme Court Justice is interviewed for the job? IIs she a Democrat?
I think the SC requires men and women of unimpeachable integrity, and who can recognize the truth is their passion and duty. That is why the truth must be reported. The truth may be that Kavenaugh was a high school by that got drunk and horny, end of story.
BTW, I would not eliminate Brett Kavenaugh for this high school assault. That is just my opinion. Others may disagree.
EXCEPT IF KAVENAUGH INSISTS ON LYING ABOUT THE ASSAULT! KAVENAUGH DID IT, LYING IS THE DEAL BREAKER FOR ME.
Will Congress hold a Supreme Court nominee the same standard as any #METOO accusation, sex abuse event? Al Franken was forced out of Congress for what anyone can see was a minor offense, not unlike a college prank and a drunken grab. #METOO has outed many, many others at embarrassed at a minimum.
How relevant is #METOO? Does the American culture still expect, as was my life experience, boys and men to be the sexual aggressor, or are boys and men to become passive as to seeking sex?
"Anita Hill’s claims echo in allegation against Kavanaugh. Three decades later, will anything be different"

Powerful men are almost impossible to accuse of sexual assault.
"California professor, writer of confidential Brett Kavanaugh letter, speaks out about her allegation of sexual assault"
By Emma Brown September 16 at 10:28 PM
"Earlier this summer, Christine Blasey Ford wrote a confidential letter to a senior Democratic lawmaker alleging that Supreme Court nominee Brett M. Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her more than three decades ago, when they were high school students in suburban Maryland. Since Wednesday, she has watched as that bare-bones version of her story became public without her name or her consent, drawing a blanket denial from Kavanaugh and roiling a nomination that just days ago seemed all but certain to succeed.
Now, Ford has decided that if her story is going to be told, she wants to be the one to tell it."
Kavenaugh will have a hard time with this event, I predict. Can he really deny it? Can he really say he does not know this woman? Can he disprove the facts?
There were witnesses! Kavenaugh is hoping the witnesses will have forgotten or they will lie, sell their soul for his seat on the Supreme Court. It is a huge risk for the GOP to stand by an almost rapist, almost a killer.
The assault details given show Kavenaugh was out of control at best, like some of us have been in our lives, but he went way too far, UNLIKE most of us.
"While his friend watched, she said, Kavanaugh pinned her to a bed on her back and groped her over her clothes, grinding his body against hers and clumsily attempting to pull off her one-piece bathing suit and the clothing she wore over it. When she tried to scream, she said, he put his hand over her mouth.
“I thought he might inadvertently kill me,” said Ford, now a 51-year-old research psychologist in northern California. “He was trying to attack me and remove my clothing.”
Ford said she was able to escape when Kavanaugh’s friend and classmate at Georgetown Preparatory School, Mark Judge, jumped on top of them, sending all three tumbling. She said she ran from the room, briefly locked herself in a bathroom and then fled the house."
We'll see how his goes, who will protect Kavenaugh at any cost. No one took Franken off the hook, why will anyone save Kavenaugh? We all know why people will lie to get Kavenaugh on the Supreme Court, especially Donald Trump, potential criminal.
Prepare for the attack on the victim.
"On Sunday, the White House sent The Post a statement Kavanaugh issued last week, when the outlines of Ford’s account became public: “I categorically and unequivocally deny this allegation. I did not do this back in high school or at any time.” "
The victim knows full well her "life" will change, perhaps be destroyd, but she has been given no choice and now has entered the battle.
"[The victim] . . . engaged Debra Katz, a Washington lawyer known for her work on sexual harassment cases. On the advice of Katz, who said she believed Ford would be attacked as a liar if she came forward, Ford took a polygraph test administered by a former FBI agent in early August. The results, which Katz provided to The Post, concluded that Ford was being truthful when she said a statement summarizing her allegations was accurate.
By late August, Ford had decided not to come forward, calculating that doing so would upend her life and probably would not affect Kavanaugh’s confirmation. “Why suffer through the annihilation if it’s not going to matter?” she said."
Victims often do not come forward and go public for exactly the reason Ford did not report the incident. Victims are always doubted and they are assaulted AGAIN, but this time in public by the public and people with cruel agendas!
"As the story snowballed, Ford said, she heard people repeating inaccuracies about her and, with the visits from reporters, felt her privacy being chipped away. Her calculation changed.
“These are all the ills that I was trying to avoid,” she said, explaining her decision to come forward. “Now I feel like my civic responsibility is outweighing my anguish and terror about retaliation.”
Katz said she believes Feinstein honored Ford’s request to keep her allegation confidential, but “regrettably others did not.”
“Victims must have the right to decide whether to come forward, especially in a political environment that is as ruthless as this one,” Katz said. “She will now face vicious attacks by those who support this nominee.”"
