Good Samaritan parable, in Bible, Chapter Luke.  I do not go to the Bible looking for ways to avoid helping others or to judge others or condemn wrong doers.  As U grew up the Bible was my tool to help and love others like I wanted to be helped and loved, PERIOD.  FULL STOP.

Luke 10:25-37 New International Version (NIV)

"The Parable of the Good Samaritan
25 On one occasion an expert in the law stood up to test Jesus. “Teacher,” he asked, “what must I do to inherit eternal life?”

26 “What is written in the Law?” he replied. “How do you read it?”

27 He answered, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’[a]; and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[b]”

28 “You have answered correctly,” Jesus replied. “Do this and you will live.”

29 But he wanted to justify himself, so he asked Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?”

30 In reply Jesus said: “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, when he was attacked by robbers. They stripped him of his clothes, beat him and went away, leaving him half dead. 31 A priest happened to be going down the same road, and when he saw the man, he passed by on the other side. 32 So too, a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. 33 But a Samaritan, as he traveled, came where the man was; and when he saw him, he took pity on him. 34 He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, brought him to an inn and took care of him. 35 The next day he took out two denarii[c] and gave them to the innkeeper. ‘Look after him,’ he said, ‘and when I return, I will reimburse you for any extra expense you may have.’

36 “Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?”

37 The expert in the law replied, “The one who had mercy on him.”

Jesus told him, “Go and do likewise.”

"When asked what the most important commandment was, Jesus said that the greatest commandment is to "love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind" and the second to "love your neighbor as yourself".  Jesus was then immediately asked who counts as a neighbor and he responds with a parable, or a story lesson that is an example for everyday life. Read the Bible story of the Good Samaritan below and let this Scripture change your thoughts and actions towards people who are not like you! God tells us to love everyone without discrimination!"

I do not comprehend all of what follows as "related" to the Good Samaritan, but here it is anyway.  I will hazard a guess that it all boils down to love and help everyone / anyone who needs your love and help.

Leadership gets more form people than zero-sum bullies.  Donald Trump knows how to divide and be nasty and ridicule and bully, but in dong these things he does not make America great.  Donald Trump diminishes American pote3ntial by at least 50% as half or more of our nation despises him.  The part of America that does not follow Donald Trump undermines our potential.  We ALL lose as Trump "leads" us into a second rate or worse status in the World we know in 2019.

It's Management / Leadership 101 to know you cannot have you tea rowing in all different directions to efficiently and effectively execute the nation's business.  Allowing politics to run our government will diminish America and undermine our so-called "Democracy."

IT IS A FUNDAMENTAL TRUTH THAT UNLESS EVERYONE IS OF THE SAME MIND TO WORK A PROBLEM, A LESS EFFECTIVE SOLUTION IS ALL WE'LL GET.
