Education leads to jobs and wise choices.

I lambaste myself.  I look in the mirror every day and ask me to give Tweety a chance.  I try every day to find something to praise Tweety for, to see something productive come out of what he says or does.  Lately he has even threatened an attack on the First Amendment.  Tweety wants to "open up libel laws" so he can sue people, but he doesn't seem to recognize that can cut both ways.  Tweety libels a lot of people.

Libel laws are a Freedom of Speech issue buddy!

First Amendment & International relations/"Soft Power"

Tweety is still campaigning for the Presidency to enable his autocracy.  I get it and hope Americans do not give him his autocracy.

Tweety doesn't love the United States, he loves Tweety.  Tweety is not a popular President for many, many reasons.

In these 103 days or so, I can say there is one (1) thing Tweety said (but not anything he has done) that I agree with.  Tweety stated he would be "honored" to meet with the leader of North Korea.

While I think a meeting with Kim Jung Un is long overdue since the Armistice was signed more than 60 years ago, "honored" might be a peculiar word to use.

In my opinion America wastes its time trying to change human rights violations in any country.  That is the usual stated reason for not talking to North Korea.  BUT in 60 years nothing has changed so it IS time to talk to North Korea folks.  How long do you wait to end the Korean War?

We can say we do not like a foreign government's treatment of its people, but killing those same people we worry about is obviously NOT A SOLUTION!  Bombing North Korea would kill the people we say we care about.  Typical American hypocrisy.  Threaten, challenge, bomb, invade, and occupy . . .

Diplomatic isolation has not worked.  Do we need to wait 100 years?  Talking to someone rather than about them works best.

"Trump: I'd be 'honored' to meet Kim Jong Un under 'right circumstances'"

This article includes a clip of Tweety saying he does not stand by anything he says . . . What a dumb thing to say!  How am I too find a way to support this kind of thinking?  THIS is the interview that set off Stephen Colbert to ROAST Tweety, and Tweety deserved every bit of that roast, including Putin's c**k holster.  NOT homophobic, more like reality!

Tweety said a lot of stupid things in this interview, then abruptly and rudely ended the interview like the coward he is.  Tweety is a bully and a coward.

"Speaking to NPR last week, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson indicated the US is willing to engage in talks with Pyongyang, a possibility dismissed in April by Vice President Mike Pence until North Korea denuclearizes."

Stupid is as stupid does is what Forest Gump always said.  Tweety cannot keep his message straight one week to the next.

And Tweety does amazingly bad accounting.  His one (1) page tax reform with add trillions to the deficit, make the rich richer than ever, and will make big businesses richer too.  He wants to remove all constraints on financial institutions to the detriment of middle class and poor Americans.

Tweety is using the US Government like an ATM too, and it seems he doesn't realize it . . . Aww, come on,  He knows what he is doing.

"Trump Says His Golf Trips “Cost Almost Nothing”

"AP FACT CHECK: Do Trump's Mar-a-Lago trips cost $3 million?"
Published April 13, 2017

"A conservative group that closely monitors presidential expenses puts the tab for each Mar-a-Lago visit closer to $1 million.

Neither the Secret Service, which protects the president, nor the Department of Defense, which transports presidential vehicles from place to place, has provided a tally of any Mar-a-Lago trip, although a government office is working up estimates that will eventually become public."

It appears the ~$3M number came from a GAO report on an Obama trip.  Naturally everything Tweety does is based on Obama, right?  OK, maybe the Tweety golf outings only cost $1M.  Why so many trips tho?

But at least one toen in FL is tired of paying Tweety's bills.

"Palm Beach Is Sick of Paying for Donald Trump's Weekend Visits to Mar-a-Lago"

No mention of the real issues about Tweety conflicts of interest, with hotels in Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and other places he seems to be favoring.  Oh well, if Tweety is not a billionaire now, and how can we know if he is or is not without seeing his tax returns, it looks like Tweety and his family will be very much richer when his Presidency ends.

"The Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office says that the county has spent $570,000 to help security and other measures to protect Trump during his presidency, and that doesn't include overtime pay. Law enforcement officials assigned to aiding the president’s visits are paid overtime, totaling another $60,000 or so per day. Trump also visited Palm Beach during the winter holidays after he was elected but before he became president, costing the county around $548,000. Altogether, the bill comes to well over $1 million in Trump-related costs incurred by the county over the past few months."

If Tweety stayed in the White House to do his work, Americans would not have to talk about his trips and the wasted tax dollars.

Many folks see Tweety as a cynical man.  His attack on Syria, for example, was not based on outrage.  If you believe Tweety gives a damn about Syrians, I have some land in a swamp in Florida to sell you.  What about the babies and children dying all over the world in Ghana and Yemen and other famine stricken nations?

"Trump’s Dangerous and Cynical Attack on Syria"

Tweety is cynical in every sense of the word.  Tweety is opportunistic in the sickest wayTweety strongly argued against attacking Syria in 2013 when far more babies were killed.  Tweety seeks ratings, not honor.

"et’s not pretend that Thursday night’s U.S. missile strike on Syria’s Al Shayrat air base has anything to do with concern for the civilian victims of the regime’s apparent April 3 chemical weapons attack on the town of Khan Sheikhoun. The unilateral military action was ordered by the same President whose proposed budget would make major cuts to programs that have provided relief to Syrian refugees fleeing the violence of the regime and has tried to bar any of the refugees from entering the United States.

With no direct threat to U.S. national security and with no congressional authorization, Trump’s use of force was illegal. By contrast, when President Obama considered authorizing military action against the regime following an even deadlier sarin attack in 2013, he respected constitutional limitations on his power and—failing to receive authorization from Congress—did not do so. This provided time for the Russian-initiated agreement, backed by the United Nations, which led to the destruction of the vast majority of Syria’s chemical weapons arsenal.

Trump recently blamed Syria’s chemical attack on Obama, but it was a Republican-controlled Congress, backed by public opinion, that blocked Obama from taking military action. Indeed, Trump at that time tweeted, “The President must get Congressional approval before attacking Syria—big mistake if he does not!” He also tweeted, “Stay out of Syria.” Obama’s hesitation, Trump later tweeted, “may have saved us from doing a horrible and very costly (in more ways than money) attack on Syria!”"
