Tweety's spin on this pic is that the allies at the table were all waitig with baited breath for his take on the "deal."
No matter what Tweety wants us to think it means, the symbolism and meaning is clear as a bell. This is a stoic, unfeeling man, stubborn, unwilling to see facts and truth, folding his arms in closing himself off, essentially saying in body language, "I do not want to hear you."
Trump / Tweety-man has gone to [Trade] war with all our Allies while joyously seeking world notice and publicity by running to meet with the most inhumane regime on the planet earth, North Korea.
The meeting with NOrth Korea's "Dear Leader" is not victorious in any way, yet Tweety surrogates and supporters make it seem like just this meeting alone give Tweety the inside track on the Nobel Peace Prize. The man the compare him to is Reagan and his shouting at Russia to tear down that wall. It's a bad comparison since Reagan wanted more humane treatment of Germans, not just removal of a wall. Reagan was concerned with human rights. Compare Tweety to someone else, since Tweety has not mentioned human rights even once.
"European leaders are indignant and defiant over Trump’s G-7 statement. But they’re not surprised."

"Trump was clearly isolated. But was he making an overdue stand against an expiring global order? Or was he just the odd man out in the world’s most powerful club?
Jingoist or nationalist? Good or bad?
“It was not a surprise,” said Norbert Röttgen, chair of the foreign affairs committee in Germany’s parliament, the Bundestag. “The president acted and reacted in the childish way he could be expected to.”"

"Trump removes U.S. from G-7 joint statement over escalating feud with Canada’s Trudeau"
by Damian Paletta and Anne Gearan June 9, 2018
"QUEBEC CITY — President Trump feuded with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and threatened to impose penalties on foreign automobile imports Saturday, capping an acrimonious meeting of the Group of Seven industrial nations that further frayed ties between the United States and its closest allies.Trump said Saturday evening that he had instructed U.S. officials to withdraw support for a joint statement with other member nations he had backed just hours earlier, saying the United States would not join after Trudeau publicly criticized Trump’s trade policy."
What now?
"Earlier Saturday, Trump said he had floated the idea of countries dropping all import barriers, saying he would do the same in return. But he warned he could cut off U.S. trade entirely with countries that kept current rules in place, arguing they had taken advantage of previous administrations to take advantage of the United States."
Trump / Tweety-man wants Russia brought back into the G-7, while he goes to "war" [trade war] with America's Allies. The countries Tweety is insulting are the countries that have similar values for democracy, fairness, justice, and morality.
