Tweety suddenly, and with fake rationale, fired the FBI Director. James Comey should have been fired last October, 2016, and for exactly the reasons given for Tweety firing him 9 May 2017.
Despite wishful thinking of Tweety supporters and the paid statements using approved talking points of his employee representative / surrogates (all of whom will regret being part of Tweety's sycophant regime), Tweety creates the "smoke" for the "gun," NOT THE MEDIA. Smoking gun. Where there is smoke there is fire.
The media is merely quoting Tweety, so it is not "fake news," and if you are patriotic in some small way, you will start to have some suspicion of you own about Russia and Tweety and his campaign.
Tweety supporters, if you care about democracy, true democracy, and want to vid an autocracy, do not run away from the possibility of collusion with Russia, and stop telling people to stop the investigation. If you care about the American democracy you want the truth, not a white wash for Tweety. In fact, why wouldn't Tweety want the investigation to come to full, closure?
Does anything in this seem weird? Why would Tweety try to end the investigation of his Russian ties in this manner? Why would Tweetynot want his name to be 100% cleared by the END of the investigations, not by ENDING the investigation before it is 10% completed?

Donald Trump has fired James Comey, the FBI director, over his handling of the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails, a dramatic dismissal of the man in charge of investigating the Trump campaign's connections with Russia.

I doubt Tweety "deliberated" over anything to do with Comey's testimony before Congress. Tweety just waited for a bit of time to pass HOPING his actions would not be obviously tainted by his prejudice against his campaign being investigated.

One of the people likely to be charged with election tampering by colluding with Russia, and branded a "traitor" for life is enjoying the moment - guy named Stone.
"While shock dominated much of the FBI and the White House, the mood was more elated at Roger Stone's house in Florida. Several Stone allies and friends said Stone, who has been frequently mentioned in the investigation, encouraged the president to fire Comey in conversations in recent weeks.
On Twitter, Stone signaled praise for the move by posting an image of Trump from The Apprentice saying "You're fired."
Stone declined to comment Tuesday night but said he was enjoying a fine cigar."
