Obama was accused of the Orwellian talk and lying, just as Trump is being accused.

Were Obama's use of words as Orwellian, or even equivalent to Trump's alternative facts, truth is not truth (I know Rudy Giuliani said truth is not truth, but you know Trump likes that as one of his "truthful hyperbole" tools (lies), AND he is one of Trump's many lawyers . . . )?  Trump said do not believe what you see or hear?!

Did Obama ever say the press and media was the enemy of the people?

Can these false equivalencies, or "close proximity" equivalencies survive a fair scrutiny?  Those false equivalencies only survive with grenades and horse shoes.  lol!

"Giuliani tries to clarify 'truth isn't truth' comment"

This is a joke, right?!  "He said she said covers Giuliani's explanation?  Not in my mind!

"Washington (CNN)Rudy Giuliani on Monday attempted to clarify his weekend remark that "truth isn't truth" as part of his explanation for why he doesn't believe that President Donald Trump should testify with special counsel Robert Mueller.
"My statement was not meant as a pontification on moral theology but one referring to the situation where two people make precisely contradictory statements, the classic 'he said,s he said' puzzle. Sometimes further inquiry can reveal the truth other times it doesn't," tweeted Giuliani, a lawyer for Trump in the Russia investigation."

Right and facts are not facts, right Rudy?  You were saying exactly what you meant to say because you live in a special "legal" Alice and Wonderland type of "legal" world where everything is upside down.

NO WAY!  Trump supporters, fool yourselves, but this Trump gang will not fool me!

America is getting 1984 crap thinking from Tweety and his supporters ar buying it, drinking his "cool aid."  How much BS and stupidity must we take from Tweety.  Add the trade war tariffs to his hot mess thinking, and his economic advisor. Mr. Peter Navarro, and we can start planning a big economic disaster in America.

"What Trump’s Trade Guru Doesn’t Get About Economics"
Promoting Peter Navarro would not be good for growth.

https://www.bloomberg.com/view/articles/2018-03-02/what-trump-s-trade-guru-peter-navarro-doesn-t-get-about-economics

"President Donald Trump is reportedly considering promoting noted trade hawk Peter Navarro to the office of assistant to the president. This would be a significant move, and could signal Trump’s intentions for trade policy."

And then it happened!  The Navarro Trade war . . . Noah, however, was not correct in his thinking. It was not good and did not prevent Tweety from hurting the Affordable Care Act and attacking immigrants every way he could.  Tweety has energy and the will to destroy everything.

"In a way, that’s good news. If Trump focuses on trade, where little of substance is likely to change, it could distract him from areas like health care and immigration where he could do more lasting damage. But Navarro’s promotion, and the protectionist agenda it’s likely to usher in, will probably not be very helpful for the U.S. economy."

Navarro is not an economist that other economists agree with.

"First of all, Navarro has made at least one very basic mistake when talking about how trade affects the economy. He -- like many other people -- appears to believe that if trade deficits go down, economic output must rise. That’s false."

Things Navarro-Tweety do not understand . . . a LOT!

"Using tariffs to restore American competitiveness could easily backfire. If U.S. companies can hunker behind trade barriers and sell to a captive market, many will lose their edge. Research by economists Nicholas Bloom, Mirko Draca, and John Van Reenen has shown that while exposure to Chinese competition did destroy U.S. jobs, it also made U.S. businesses more productive, in part by forcing them to innovate faster."

Win-lose in a trade war can mean USA loses . . .

"If the U.S. wants to close the trade deficit while increasing competitiveness, a better idea would be to forget about tariffs and promote U.S. exports abroad."

"America is slouching toward autocracy."

"In their book, “How Democracies Die,” political scientists Steven Levitsky and Daniel Ziblatt write: “How do elected authoritarians shatter the democratic institutions that are supposed to constrain them? Some do it in one fell swoop. But more often the assault on democracy begins slowly. . . . The erosion of democracy takes place piecemeal, often in baby steps.”

Our nation is divided in many ways, and one of the most important chasms involves the question of whether President Trump poses a threat to our constitutional foundations."

The Orwellian steps taken by Tweety make his supporters look really stupid in my opinion.  How do the swallow his crap, truth is not truth, alternative facts, do not believe what you see or hear?!  Then Tweety supporters support taking away security clearances of extremely important advisors?  This hurts America folks, seriously!  America is NOT as secure as we need to be in a very threatening world with Tweety taking security clearances from key advisors!

Tweety has a kleptocracy Cabinet too, rich plutocrats stealing from the US Treasury!  Tweety is draining the treasury too!

"With the exception of a few Republican elected officials at the periphery, Congress has worked to enable Trump’s abuses (witness the behavior of California Republican Rep. Devin Nunes to undercut special counsel Robert S. Mueller III’s investigation) and to minimize the outrageousness of his conduct. When Trump revoked former CIA director John Brennan’s security clearance in retaliation for Brennan’s criticism of him (and, as Trump confessed in a Wall Street Journal interview, because he objected to Brennan doing his job in 2016 by probing connections between Trump’s campaign and Russia), the response from most Republicans was pathetic.

Trump’s actions were an abuse of presidential power far beyond anything Republicans used to complain about bitterly during President Barack Obama’s term. They are aimed directly at intimidating critics and interfering with a legitimate investigation."

Everyone can see how pathetic Republicans have been as they go about their collecting 30 pieces of silver for selling out America.
