Some of these charges look like "McCarthyism" and each man is guilty as soon as he is accused. Look it up folks. McCarthy chased everyone he did not like, right or wrong, charging them as Communist! BUT the biggest thing I see is the ugly hypocrisy of America allowing Donald Trump a pass of the charges against him while all the other men charged are automatically guilty. This is so very much the "Ugly American" and I feel sick.

"McCarthyism is the practice of making accusations of subversion or treason without proper regard for evidence.[1] The term refers to U.S. Senator Joseph McCarthy and has its origins in the period in the United States known as the Second Red Scare, lasting roughly from 1947 to 1956 and characterized by heightened political repression as well as a campaign spreading fear of Communist influence on American institutions and of espionage by Soviet agents."

"All 16 women who accused Trump of sexual harassment are lying, says the White House
The President said the accusations are 'fake news'
Mythili Sampathkumar New York @MythiliSk 5 days ago? Before 1 Nov 2017?
"All the women who have accused President Donald Trump of sexual harassment are lying, the White House has said.
When posed the question by CBS about the 16 women who have accused the President - and whether the official position of the White House was that they were lying - Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said: “Yeah, we’ve been clear on that from the beginning and the president has spoken on it.”
Mr Trump addressed the accusations last week and dismissed them as “totally fake news...It’s fake, it’s made-up stuff. And it’s disgraceful what happens.”"
Of course it is fake news because if it was fact-based reality we would impeach the sad man like we did Bill Clinton for abusing about five (5) women wouldn't we?
Why should we believe these 16 women? Why should we believe ANY woman who accuses anyone of sexual assault?
Where is the line between a boy or a man seeking consortium with a girl or a woman, and assault? There is a brightened, but there is a lot of vague, fuzziness on the way to that bright line. Every boy and man seeking to be intimate with a female has been through the vague and fuzzy parts, and many have been refused at the bright line. When the bright line is uncovered, boys and men of integrity stop.
When is a boy or a man too assertive, sexually, to intimidate a girl or woman into the realm of "assault." How many "shades of gray" are there?
Congress tends to get a free pass on assault and harassment; see the law and the process in practice, both working against the accuser, and FOR the accused. See article below. No surprise here!
Are we to take every accusation of sexual assault at face value, or simply take them more seriously than previously. I think today, every accusation appears to be automatically accepted as true. The boy or man is guilty, PERIOD.
George Bush, apparently a kind of "Dirty Grandpa" at age 93, wheelchair bound, has be accused of and apologized for groping three women. I dare say George senior is gleeful these beautiful women found his grope elevated to the level of sexual assault! The man wears depends and can barely flip a coin at the Super Bowl, but he can still grope a lovely female but up there with Trump grabbing plusses! George has to be giggling, sort of, because his face is a bit contorted at 93, but I can see his grin!
Andy Rick surely is guilty of assault, just by his name! Pixen too! Kevin Spaceydid not assault a 14 year old boy, he made a sexual advance on him, one of the shades of gray I suppose.
The movie industry and big business are not the only place for assaults, advances, and the other shades of gray. How about the Catholic church? There no doubt thousands of assaults to be yet reported for priests.
The best seller book for women today is "Fifty Shades of Gray!" What is that book about?
Some men confess to sexual assault, like Tweety (President Trump said he likes to grab plusses. That might have been locker room talk, but he said it.) That is not gray or fuzzy. Tweety assaulted women, PERIOD.
"A Running List Of The Women Who’ve Accused Donald Trump Of Sexual Assault"
All their stories in one place.
By Catherine Pearson, Emma Gray, and Alanna Vagianos
The President of the United States sexually assaulted several women according to the standards currently in vogue. When Women say a man assaulted them are guilty when it is announced.
When I grew up in the 60s I was taught by my sister that I need to "make a move," because that is what teenage girls expected. The girl could not "make a move" because that would make them slugs.
Ironic.
VP Pence is, as most ultra-religious "Christians," likely guilty as are most assault deniers, of sexual assault by today's low bar standards. Just wait a while. There will be an accuser soon enough. Pence says he cannot go anywhere alone with a woman. Why? Is Pence so easily tempted? Does Pence act impulsively so he has to avoid being alone and tempted by a female of our species? I'm guessing there is a doubt in Pence's mind, a skeleton in his closet, an assault by today's low bar standards. Did Pence ever have more than one date with the same girl?
By today's apparent low bar standard, there are likely very few boys and men who have not assaulted a girl or woman.
"Federal Lawsuit In Boston Challenges DeVos' Guidance On Campus Sexual Assault"
October 19, 2017 Updated October 19, 2017 3:47 PM Collin Binkley, Associated Press
http://www.wbur.org/edify/2017/10/19/lawsuit-devos-sexual-assault
Was DeBos on to something as she changed sexual assault investigations on college campuses?
"A national women's rights group and three Massachusetts women filed a lawsuit Thursday challenging the U.S. Education Department's new guidance on investigating campus sexual assaults.
The Los Angeles-based Equal Means Equal and the three women, who have separately accused their colleges of mishandling complaints of sexual assault, say the new guidance is discriminatory and violates state and federal civil rights laws. They're asking the U.S. District Court in Massachusetts to suspend the rules and prevent schools across the country from adopting them."
Here it s in a nutshell:
"Among other changes, her guidance allows schools to use a higher standard of evidence for reviewing complaints than the previous rules allowed."
The current standard appears to be for a girl or woman to say I was assaulted, so verbal evidence from her side of the story makes a man guilty of sexual assault. The bigger number of women, the more guilty, notwithstanding no evidence whatsoever is presented other than the verbal claim of assault.
Guilty until proven innocent seems like a rule of Islamic Sharia law, not American law.
More on Devos actions.
"The lawsuit says the change allows schools to apply a tougher standard of evidence for abuses based on sex than they can for other civil rights violations, such as those based on race or nationality. It alleges the disparity violates Title IX, a federal law forbidding discrimination based on sex in education.
The suit adds that DeVos' rules violate federal law by telling schools to use narrower criminal definitions of sexual wrongdoing than those found in the Title IX law. It's among nine allegations of violations included in the complaint."
"How Congress plays by different rules on sexual harassment and misconduct"
Rep. Jackie Speier (D Calif.) says the current system for reporting sexual harassment in Congress shields offenders and punishes victims.
By Michelle Ye Hee Lee and Elise Viebeck October 27, 2017
"Briony Whitehouse was a 19-year-old intern in 2003 when she boarded an elevator in the Russell Senate Office Building with a Republican senator who, she said, groped her until the doors reopened.
She never reported the incident to her bosses for fear of jeopardizing her career. But she recently tweeted about her experience on Twitter as part of the #MeToo campaign, a social-media phenomenon that has aired thousands of complaints about sexual harassment."
More.
"If Whitehouse had chosen to pursue a complaint against the senator, she would have discovered a process unlike other parts of the federal government or much of the private sector. Her complaint likely would have been thrown out because interns have limited harassment protections under the unique employment law that Congress applies to itself."
What!? America allows some bull shit in Congress, for sure!
"Under a law in place since 1995, accusers may file lawsuits only if they first agree to go through months of counseling and mediation. A special congressional office is charged with trying to resolve the cases out of court.
When settlements do occur, members do not pay them from their own office funds, a requirement in other federal agencies. Instead, the confidential payments come out of a special U.S. Treasury fund."
Wow! Crime by the rich and powerful is OK in America, BY LAW! This shit is unreal!
"One former Senate staffer, speaking on condition of anonymity out of fear of reprisals, said she was repeatedly groped at work events by a younger and more junior male staff member.
“He would just grab me,” she said. “It happened multiple times. The worst part was my other male colleagues would excuse it. He stayed on Capitol Hill for years.” "
