Florida Republican Congressman, Matt Gaetz, who want to Tweety's best friend forever goes on Fox News to continue attacking Mueller as he has for months, lend his support to Tweety to criticize the taking of Trump's (Tweety) lawyers documents.  Gaetz does NOT know the evidence used to justify taking lawyer documents and has NO BASIS for criticizing the taking - HE HAS NO INTEGRITY IN HIS WORDS!

Matt Gaetz is transparently biased, tribal.  He is not interested in truth.

Gaetz argues Mueller has exceeded the scope of his investigatory authority with no basis for saying that.

The taking of attorney-client documents is LEGAL if a JUDGE and the Justice Department can be convinced of the high probability of illegal activity by the client and the respective attorney.  It is LEGAL, Tweety supporters, to take the communications undertaken for illegal activities between the lawyer and his/her client.

It is LEGAL.

Goetz also continues to work the already debunked, politically biased memo on FISA published by the House Intelligence Committee Republicans saying Mueller did not follow legal disclosure procedures.

Tweety lies when he uses his truthful rhetoric to try to mislead Americans that the team that took the documents are on a with hunt.  They are ALL Republicans who want to defend America!

Goetz ignores Trey Howdy who has said Tweety should let the Mueller investigation go if he is innocent of wrong doing, and STOP ACTING guilty!

"White House: Mueller Is Overreaching And Trump Has The Power To Fire Him"

If Tweety is allowed to work outside the law and the Constitution, and risk impeachment by his onw party (Who know?), then, yes, he can fire Mueller directly.  otherwise he has to fire and replace Rosenstein to get Mueller fired by the replacement.

"President Trump believes Justice Department special counsel Robert Mueller has gone too far in his probe of potential ties between Trump's campaign and Russian interference in the 2016 election, White House spokeswoman Sarah Sanders said Tuesday.

Her statement to reporters did little to tamp down speculation that Trump may seek to fire Mueller — an authority that Sanders says Trump enjoys."

Sanders is stupid on this, and wrong, of course, but who cares if Tweety wants to take the chance to fire Mueller.  The firing, by the way, does not stop the investigation.

"Sanders said at a White House briefing on Tuesday that Trump was frustrated by the special counsel's investigation. She also seemed to assert that the president has the authority to fire Mueller directly — as opposed to, for example, needing to instruct Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to do so.

"We've been advised that the president certainly has the power to make that decision," Sanders said. She would not say whether firing Mueller is under consideration.

The White House and Trump's lawyers have in the past repeatedly said Trump was not planning to fire Mueller. Legislative leaders including House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wis., have said they've "received assurances" that Mueller's job is secure."

Really?  Sanders, you are a liar.  "Truthful rhetoric" is NOT your job.  Alt-facts are not available to you.

"Republicans sanguine

Republicans' posture has not changed since the last flare-up about Mueller's job security.

GOP leaders have maintained that Mueller's investigation should run its course without interference and that there is no need to move forward with legislation to protect Mueller because they do not believe the president will make any moves to fire him.

"It's still my view that Mueller should be able to finish his job, I think that's the view of most people in Congress," said Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky."
