The White House is confused about priorities and choices that will "Make America Great" again.  What is a top priority to Americans?  Go to the survey.  It is NOT a hugely expensive Wall for three states, nor is there any need to increase a bloated DoD budget.

The security of America does NOT depend on a Wall between the US and Mexico.

The Wall idea is silly, absurd, foolish, and dumb.  Does anyone really think a Wall on the border of three states will change anything in American security?  If it were that simple we would only have to build the Wall, and DECREASE the DoD budget by the same amount the Wall costs.

The Wall will change nothing.  Nothing will change.

DoD actually, really, honestly LOSES billions of dollars.  DoD simply, truly lost track, physically lost track of several billion dollars.  DoD also cancel false start, failing (huge cost and schedule overruns) programs costing billions.

The DoD has problems with processes, not weapon systems or budget to buy weapon systems.

It is WASTEFUL to give the DoD more money!

Decrease the DoD budget by ~$54billion and you will see a stronger military because the DoD will focus better knowing exactly what they have ot work with.

Health care is more a right than a commodity to most of us, yet we seem to go against ourselves with the latest health care plans: higher costs for less coverage.

People say health care is a socialist thing, and we do not want to be "Socialist," but America already accepts elements of "Socialism" in Medicare and "Social Security."  No other Western civilization sees health care as a commodity.  It is a RIGHT.

Few people want those entitlements to go away.  People argue against US Federal Government subsidies for businesses like renewable energy, then those same people agree with tax breaks for other business, and they bail out the auto industry, Wall Street, and bog banks.

If our fellow Americans listened closely to this debate they can see we agree on helping businesses and people, and we are auguring about semantics and the directing of the flow of help, directly from US Gov or indirectly.

Spending money on a Wall at the Mexican border to help four or five states is absurd.  Adding funding to defense when the DoD cannot manage the billions they get is absurd.

"5 challenges Trump may face building a border wall"

Eight hundred miles of the border is a river we share with Mexico!  We cannot build a wall on our side of we lose access to the river!  So will the USA steal the river from Mexico?
